Before the official program, half-day tutorials will be offered
on Tuesday, July 20th.
Participants are welcome to arrive at NIST 8:00 - 9:30 for registration.
The morning tutorial will be held 9:30 - 13:00, with a half-hour break for coffee at 11:00.
Lunch (provided for all tutorial participants) is scheduled 13:00 - 14:00.
The afternoon tutorial is scheduled for 14:00 - 17:30, with a
half-hour break for coffee at 15:30.
